Special Dates:
September 10:  Opening Day (parents and kids first hour. no hebrew high).
September 17:  Rosh Hashanah Young Families Program 4:30 p.m. Gallup Park Playground.  All BIRS elementary families expected to attend.
September 24:  Teachers Only (in service day).
October 4:  Pizza In The Hut following BIRS
October 7 (Saturday evening):  Young Families Dinner & Simchat Torah!  All BIRS families expected to attend.
December 10:  Illuminate Hanukkah Party in the evening.
March 9:  SCHOOL SHABBAT!!  (All families expected to attend. No BIRS the following day.)
March 17:  BIRS parents and kids Purim Play and Teacher Appreciation
March 23:  Purim at Beth Israel
April 21: Final Day of BIRS including Awards and Passover Celebration
