Learning
Our love of learning is a common thread that joins together the generations at Beth Israel. Young children in our religious school develop the knowledge, skills and commitment they need to lead full Jewish lives in whatever Jewish community they join. But education is not only for the young at Beth Israel. In Torah and Talmud study sessions, adult Hebrew classes, “Lunch and Learn” offerings, discussions during services, and a lecture series on Jewish life that draws on faculty from local universities, we offer a lively intellectual environment to explore the richness of our Jewish heritage.
