Chaverim

Chaverim, meaning "friends" in Hebrew, is Beth Israel's youngest youth group! In Chaverim, 3rd-5th graders connect to Jewish holidays or concepts through exciting, hands-on activities and events.

Please see below for the list of Chaverim events to the end of May 2025. Note these dates do not include kids services, family programming, BIRS celebrations, or other events that may be relevant for this age group. • February 22nd, 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm: Hangout after services ( @ Youth Lounge)
• March 9th, 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm: Launch Trampoline Park
• April 27th, 12:15 - 2:00 pm Event after BIRS ( @ Youth Lounge)
• May 9th, 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm: Kabbalat Shabbat and Ice Cream Sundae Bar ( @ tbd)
• May 25th, 10:00 am - 12:00 pm: Start of Summer party ( @ BIC)
