Together, We Can Renew Beth Israel

Beth Israel is thriving. Our membership is growing, our school is expanding, and our programs are more welcoming than ever. But our beloved 50-year-old building urgently needs repair, renewal, and sustainable energy upgrades to meet the needs of today and tomorrow.

We are launching a campaign to raise $1.7 million to restore and modernize our synagogue. This is about more than fixing a building—it’s about securing the heart of our community.

Since 1916, Beth Israel has been our mishkan—our sacred gathering place for prayer, simchas, learning, social action, and celebration. Each generation has sustained it through dedication and generosity. Now it’s our turn.

As we read in Exodus 25:2, the building of the mishkan was a collective act: “Accept gifts for Me from every person whose heart is so moved.” Every gift, no matter the size, matters.
