Do you have guests attending services with you at Beth Israel?
If you have guests who are attending services at Beth Israel Congregation with you and they are members of another synagogue, please have their synagogue send us a request for reciprocity including what holidays they are attending and the names of everyone attending services, as well as where their tickets should be sent. Childcare and Youth Programs:
During the High Holidays, Beth Israel offers childcare for children ages 2 - 4 years old from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The cost is $15 per child per day.
Between 10:30-11:30 on Yom Kippur, there will be a service for 6 yo and under led by Katie Shelef. Grown up participation is required.
For children in grades K - 5, we offer programming from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. On both days of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur there will be a youth service, age-appropriate discussions and activities, Jewish board games, snacks, and playground time (weather permitting).
Teens will have a discussion on Kol Nidrei.
Registration is required for both childcare and youth programs (members and visitors) to allow us to plan accordingly and accommodate all children who want to attend. Please click here to register for childcare and Youth Programs.
High Holiday Honors
We would love as many Beth Israel members as possible to be included in High Holiday services this year-5786! Members can contribute to the service by signing up for an honor. You don’t have to be a big macher to have the honor! You just need to be at synagogue, in person. Click here to fill out the High Holiday Honors form.
