High Holidays

We look forward to celebrating the High Holidays together as a community, whether you plan to attend services in person or plan to watch the stream on our YouTube channel.

Watch this page for more information!

Tickets: Registration for High Holiday tickets is closed. If you have any questions, please contact the office at

This year we ask everyone (members and non-members) who plans to attend High Holiday services in-person to register ahead of time. Masking indoors will be required, except for one who is presenting from the bimah and chooses to remove their mask, and all attendees are required to be fully vaccinated if eligible.

Childcare and Youth Programs:

During the High Holidays, Beth Israel offers childcare for children ages 2 - 4 years old from 10:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. The cost is $15 per child per day.

For children in grades K - 5, we offer programming from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. On Rosh Hashanah 1 and Yom Kippur there will be a youth service, age-appropriate discussions and activities, Jewish board games, snacks, and playground time (weather permitting).

Middle School children (6th - 8th grade) will have a one-hour discussion from 10:30 -11:30 a.m. on Rosh Hashanah 1 and Yom Kippur.

Teen Discussion (8th - 12th) will have a discussion on Kol Nidrei.

Registration is required for both childcare and youth programs (members and visitors)  to allow us to plan accordingly and accommodate all children who want to attend. Please click here to register for childcare and Youth Programs.

A Tot Shabbat-style service for our youngest community members

We invite Tots and their Grown Up for a Tot Shabbat-style service on Rosh Hashanah Day 1 and Yom Kippur. The service will be led by our beloved Tot Shabbat leader Katie Shelef. It will take place from 10:30-11:15 and is aimed at 2-4 year olds, though all are welcome. Please click here to register.

Please note that you must have tickets to enter the building during the High Holidays. To register for tickets (free of charge), use the link at the top of the page under the tickets heading.
